Data Processing Addendum

This addendum forms part of the agreement between you (the controller) and us (the processor) under GDPR Art. 28, and governs our processing of personal data on your behalf.

Subject matter & duration

We process the personal data you and your staff enter into TEYD for the term of your subscription, solely to provide the service.

Our obligations

We process only on your documented instructions, keep the data confidential, apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, assist with data-subject requests, and support your compliance obligations.

Sub-processors

We use vetted sub-processors (hosting, email, error tracking) under equivalent obligations; the current list is available on request.

Return & deletion

On termination we return or delete the personal data per your instruction, save where retention is legally required.
